Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Return requests are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Swimwear or swimming accessories that have been used or unsealed
Personal hygiene-related items (e.g. nose clips, swim caps once worn)
Discounted or clearance items marked "Final Sale"

Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide return shipping details.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed via M-Pesa or your original payment method within 7 working days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues or damaged items.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
